My brother and sister-in-law got married during lockdown, and held their wedding ceremony over zoom. They didn't pay a videographer or photographer for the day, so as my wedding give, I took what recordings and photos they had and made a wedding video for them. One great work-around for weddings without great footage is to create photo parallaxes. I take photos and separate them into layers that I can then move a virtual camera through. I can also animate things like rice falling, or slow-motion movement of people. Below is a sample of this effect I did for their wedding.
